Private tutoring service in all subject

a. Advance Notice Required:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.

b. Late Cancellations fee:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost

c. No-Shows fee:

If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session without any prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

d. Emergency Cancellations:

In the case of genuine emergencies (e.g., illness, family emergency), the cancellation fee may be waived at the tutor’s discretion. Clients are encouraged to communicate as soon as possible in these situations.

E.Recurring Sessions:

For clients with recurring sessions, consistent cancellations (more than twice in a month) may result in the review and possible adjustment of the scheduling agreement to better suit the client’s availability.

By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
